 Shamanic Techniques learned, developed, and atuned to are used to connect You with your Practitioner Kristy to help faciltate the entry into the world of spirit and energy thus the practitioner being able to design unique sessions, and bring into each a level of deep connection to your higher self. Over the years, Kristy  studied many religions and forms of healing in many different cultures. After facing traumatic events in her past, she found the Her Path of Shamanic Techniques. 

Beginning with Native American Shamanism and the Fundamentals with Sandra Ingram, Pachakuti Mesa Shamanism with Don Miro-Quesada, and Celtic Shamanism with Jane Burns.  Apprenticing over 5 years under a Renowned International Shaman, learning traditional Nahuatl (Aztec) Beliefs, Healing Techniques, and going through Several Temazcal (traditional Mexican sweat lodge ceremonies), before ending her apprenticeship and opening  her abilities to help facilitate others.

 

Reiki $75

Individuals who are uncomfortable lying in a dim room with a practitioner standing over them should not participate in Reiki treatment. For some individuals, this may lead to anxiety or panic attacks.

Reiki has no contraindications; it is regarded as a completely safe and gentle practice. Reiki sessions are natural and holistic; there is no physical manipulation, nothing is ingested and nothing is applied to the skin. Reiki is a type of energy healing. Each session is specially designed for individual. This can be for general relaxation or to help open the channel to send energy to a specific need. 

Reiki is held in a peaceful setting. The client will sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a table, fully clothed. There is music and a relaxing atmosphere.

The practitioner places their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the head, limbs, and torso using different hand shapes, for 5 or more minutes. The hands can be placed over 20 different areas of the body.

While the practitioner holds their hands lightly on or over the body, the transfer of energy takes place. During this time, the practitioner's hands may be warm and tingling or cold and clammy. Each hand position is held until the practitioner senses that the energy has stopped flowing.

When the practitioner feels that the heat, or energy, in their hands has abated, they will remove their hands and may place them over a different area of the body.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body, can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Reiki aids in relaxation, assist in the body's natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

It is also helps induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing.

Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body.

Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Individuals report different experiences. Some say that the practitioner's hands become hot, others report cooling hands and some people feel pulsating waves.

The most common reports are of a release of stress and deep relaxation.

Crystal Healing Sessions $75

Using crystals specifically picked through intention or crystals used for a specific protocol, I can develop a unique and individualized healing space.

This session begins in a calm and relaxing environment, including music and ambiance, much like a massage room. The practitioner will start with a detailed intake on what the clients needs are. Next client will lay down, either on a massage table or a specific place designated for the crystal healing, fully clothed. The practitioner will the begin to lay out the Crystals that have been divinated for individual session. These crystals will be placed in a specific grid layout, on and around the clients body. The practitioner will then begin to activate each crystal igniting the crystalline grid. Client will lay in this grid for up to 60 minutes. Depending on session lay out, you may have several grids placed, activated, and removed several times. Once the session is over, practitioner will remove crystals and begin to ground the client. Typically, a client feels very Altered after a crystal healing, so sit back and enjoy a glass of tea while you soak up all the energy. 

During a treatment session, a crystal healer may place various stones or crystals on your body aligned with these chakra points, roughly in the regions above the head, on the forehead, on the throat, on the chest, on the stomach, on the gut, and on the upper legs. The stones used and their positioning may be chosen for the symptoms reported by the client. This is all influenced by the healer's understanding  of, and belief in, the chakra philosophy of disease and energy imbalances. 

Crystal healing is an alternative healing technique in which crystals and other stones are used to promote energetic healing for certain ailments and protect against disease. Users of this technique believe that crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out.
