Kristys path to healing started as a Certified Nursing Assistant, specializing in home health care and hospice, often helping patients pass with dignity.
After Kristy's sister passed away from an aggressive form of breast cancer, she decided to take a different path in life. Kristy chose the path of Natural Healing. She believes that in healing body, mind, and soul you can bring your own body closer to a true balance in your life.
She entered the Denver School of Massage Therapy (DSMT) and graduated Top of her class and then quickly becoming Nationally Licensed (MBLEX). Kristy has held licenses in several states including Colorado, California, and has now homesteaded in San Marcos, Texas.
Kristy has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years and has had the pleasure of owning and maintaining her personal practice as well as working in prestigious 5 star spas and salons. She has had the honor of working with clients both men and women of all ages, prenatal/postnatal women, people who suffer from PTSD and anxiety, firefighters, the military, and those with different physical needs.
In 2015 Kristy entered the world of Esthetics. She approaches skincare with a profound passion, exceeding the typical professional dedication. This commitment drives her continuous pursuit of advanced techniques and knowledge, guaranteeing her clients receive exceptional, personalized care. Her holistic approach seamlessly blends beauty and wellness, treating not just surface-level issues, but also fostering a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness between physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She prioritizes a comprehensive approach to skincare, recognizing the profound impact it has on overall health and vitality.
Kristy has studied many forms of healing in many different cultures. Learning the fundamentals of Native American Shamanism with Sandra Ingram, Pachakuti Mesa Shamanism with Don Oscar Miro-Quesada, and Celtic Shamanism with Jane Burns. Apprenticing over 5 years under a Renowned International Shaman, learning traditional Nahuatl (Aztec) Beliefs, Healing Techniques, and going through Several Temazcal (traditional Mexican sweat lodge ceremonies), before ending her apprenticeship. She continues to practice ceremonies and sweat lodge around the country and internationlly.
Using many different shamanic techniques to connect with spirit and body, she has developed her education and gifts in a way that helps her understand others, be able to design unique sessions, and bring into each session a level of deep connection to higher self.
Energy Work is not just for relaxation but also for many other reasons including pain management, centering ones emotional status, PTSD, prenatal and post-natal relief, digestion issues, migraine alleviation, stress release, detoxification and much more.
